Be afraid, be very afraid!

Be aware of who you are voting for....." To mention just a few, the Kerry's support the "Barrio Warriors,"a radical Hispanic group whose primary goal is to return all of Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas to Mexico..." but read on, please!Following is a brief background on Mrs. John Kerry . She hates being called that, by the way:Maria Teresa Thirsted Simoes-Ferreira Heinz Kerry. Married Senator Kerry in 1995. She only took his name eighteen months ago and she is an "interesting" paradox of conflicts. If you thought John Kerry was scary, he doesn't hold a candle to his wife! Maria Teresa Thiersten Simoes-Ferreira Heinz Kerry was born in Mozambique, the daughter of a Portuguese physician, was educated in Switzerland and South Africa.Fluent in five languages, she was working as a United Nations interpreter in Geneva in the mid-60's when she met a "handsome" young American, H. JohnHeinz, III, who worked at a bank in Geneva. He told her his family was "inthe food business."They were married in 1966 and returned to Pittsburgh where his family ran the giant H. J. Heinz food company. He was elected to the US House of Representatives in 1971, and in 1976 he was elected to the first of three terms in the United States Senate. A Republican, he wrote a burning diatribe against some of the causes backed by young House member John Kerry.Several years later, in 1991, he was killed when his plane collided with a Sun Oil Company helicopter over a Philadelphia suburb. The senator, his pilot and copilot, and both of Sun's helicopter pilots were killed. He was survived by his wife, Teresa, and their three young sons.Four years later, having inherited Heinz's $500 million fortune, she married Senator John Forbes Kerry, the liberal then-junior senator from Massachusetts. She became a registered Democrat and the process of her radicalization was set in motion.Heinz Kerry is not shy about telling people that she required Kerry to sign a prenuptial agreement before they were married John Kerry may not have check writing privileges on the Heinz catsup and pickle fortune, but he is certainly a willing and uncomplaining beneficiary of it.A lot of hard-earned money, made through many years of hawking catsup, mustard, and pickles has fallen into the hands of two people who despise successful entrepreneurship and who believe in the confiscatory redistribution of wealth. So how does Mrs. Heinz Kerry spend John Heinz's money? Just one example: According to the G2 Bulletin, an online intelligence newsletter of WorldNetDaily, in the years between 1995-2001 she gave more than $4 million to an organization called the Tides Foundation. And what does the Tides Foundation do with John Heinz's money? They support numerous antiwar groups, including Ramsey Clark's International Action Center. Clark has offered to defend Saddam Hussein when he's tried. They support the Democratic Justice Fund, a joint venture of the Tides Foundation and billionaire hate-monger George Soros. The Democratic Justice Fund seeks to ease restrictions on Muslim immigration from "terrorist"states. They support the Council for American-Islamic Relations, whose leaders are known to have close ties to the terrorist group, Hamas. They support the National Lawyers Guild, organized as a communist front during the Cold War era. One of their attorneys, Lynne Stewart, has been arrested for helping a client, Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, communicate with terror cells in Egypt. Rahman is the convicted mastermind of the1993 World Trade Center bombing. They support the "Barrio Warriors," a radical Hispanic group whose primarygoal is to return all of Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas to Mexico. These are but a few of the radical groups that benefit, through the anonymity provided by the Tides Foundation, from the generosity of our would-be first lady, the wealthy widow of Republican senator John Heinz, and now the wife of the Democratic senator who aspires to be the 44th President of the United States.Aiding and supporting our enemies is not good for America, regardless of your political views. If voters will open their eyes, educate themselves and see the real Teresa Heinz Kerry, they will not appreciate her position as ultra rich fairy godmother of the radical left. They will not want to imagine her laying her head on a pillow each night inches away from the President of the United States.Hopefully they love this country enough to decide that the only way these two will ever be allowed into the White House is with an engraved invitation in hand.Instead of deleting this, pass it on. Let everyone know these people are unfit to represent this great nation. The uninformed will never hear the truth from the press, who wants Kerry elected! Those who buy the Kerry facade, beware what you vote for - - - you may regret that you got it!

I thought it, someone finally said it!

This letter was written by a gentleman from Dallas, Texas. He has said that he estimates from the amount of e-mail and phone calls he has gotten, that at least 20 million people have read it and said that many churches have called him asking permission to hand out copies of it in their churches.> His name is: Michael Connelly>
3440 Timberglen Road> Dallas, TX 75287- Phone: 972-306-4717>>

Dear Senator Kerry:>>Since it has become clear that you will probably be the Democratic nominee for President, I have spent a great deal of time researching your war record and your record as a professional politician. The reason is simple, you aspire to be the Commander in Chief who would lead my sons and their fellow soldiers in time of war. I simply wanted to know if you possess the necessary qualifications to be trusted in that respect.>>You see, I belong to a family of proud U.S. veterans. I was a Captain in the Army Reserve, my father was a decorated Lieutenant in World War II; and I have four sons who have either served, or are currently serving in the military. The oldest is an Army Lieutenant still on active duty in Afghanistan after already being honored for his service in Iraq.

>The youngest is an E-4 with the military police. His National Guard unit just finished their second tour of active duty, including six months in Guantanamo Bay. My two other sons have served in the national guard and the navy.

In looking at your record I found myself comparing it not only to that of my father and my sons, but to the people they served with. My father served with the 87th Chemical Mortar Battalion in Europe. Theylanded on Utah Beach and fought for 317 straight days, including the Cherbourg Peninsula, Aachen, the Hurtgen Forest, and the Battle of the Bulge. You earned a Silver Star in Vietnam for chasing down and finishing off a wounded and retreating enemy soldier. My father won a Bronze Star for single handedly charging and knocking out a German machine gun nest that had his men pinned down. You received three
purple hearts for what appears to be three minor scratches. In fact you only missed a combined total of two days of duty for these wounds.

The men of my father's unit, the 87th, had to be admonished by their commanding officer because:> "It has been brought to our attention that some men are covering up wounds and refusing medical attention for fear of being evacuated and permanently separated from this organization..." It was also a common problem for seriously wounded soldiers to go AWOL from hospitals in order to rejoin their units. You used your three purple hearts to leave Vietnam early. That's why you were so adamant about getting that 3rd. one! In fact, you DEMANDED you receive one!>My oldest boy came home from Iraq with numerous commendations and then proceeded to volunteer to go to Afghanistan and from there back to Iraqagain. My sons and father have never had anything but the highest regard and respect for their fellow soldiers. Yet, you came home to publicly charge your fellow fighting men with being war criminals and to urge their defeat by the enemy. You even wrote a book that had a cover which mocked the heroism of the U.S. Marines who raised the flag on Iwo Jima. >
Our current crop of soldiers has a philosophy that no one gets left behind; and they have practiced that from Somalia to the battlefields of the Middle East. Yet as chairman of a Senate committee looking into allegations that many of your fellow servicemen had been left behind as prisoners in Vietnam, you chose to defend the Vietnamese regime. You even went so far as to refer to the families of the POWs and MIA's as "Professional malcontents, conspiracy mongers, con artists, and dime store "Ramboes". That's OUR OWN Words!
As a Senator you voted against the 1991 Gulf War, and have epeatedly voted against funds to supply our troops with the best quipment, and against money to improve our intelligence capability. I find this articularly ironic since as a Presidential candidate you are highly
crtical of our pre-war intelligence in Iraq. However, you did vote to authorize the President to go to war, but have since proceeded to do everything you can to undermine the efforts of our government and our troops to win.
Is this what our fighting men and women can expect of you if you are their Commander in Chief? Will you gladly send them to war' only to then aid the enemy by undermining the morale of our troops and >cutting off the weapons they need to win?>
Our country is at war Senator, and as has been the case in every war since the American Revolution, a member of my family is serving their country during the war. Now you want me to trust you to lead my sons in this fight?>
Sorry Senator, but when I compare your record to those who have fought and died for this nation, and are currently fighting and dying, the answer isnot just no, but Hell No!>> Sincerely,>> Michael Connelly> February 14, 2004> Dallas, Texas>> Forward this to EVERYONE you know--we can NOT afford to> have this man as the President of the United States!!

FYI

SOCIAL SECURITY:Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security(FICA) Program. He promised:1.) That participation in the Program would be completely voluntary.2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual incomes into the Program.3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year.4.) That the money the participants put into the independent "Trust Fund" rather than into the General operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program.5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month -- and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to "put away," you may be interested in the following:Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent "Trust" fund and put it into the General fund so that Congress could spend it?A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the Democratically-controlled House and Senate.Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding?A: The Democratic Party.Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities?A: The Democratic Party, with Al Gore casting the "tie-breaking" deciding vote as President of the Senate, while he was Vice President of the U.S.Q: Which Political Party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants?A: That's right! Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive SSI Social Security payments! The Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it! Then, after doing all this lying, thieving and violating the original contract (FICA), the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away! And the worst part about it is, uninformed citizens believe it! Perhaps we are asking the wrong questions during this 2004 election year! If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe good changes will evolve.

Dating update

I don't think I am a prudish person. I do have morals and some consideration of others feelings.
I have not taken advantage of persons of lessor intellect or of those who found themselves drunker than I was...............
I have enjoyed the pleasures of a few beautiful women. Yet, I find myself in (possibly the first)
a relationship where the primary goal is NOT to bed this woman. I want to build an adult relationship, a friendship, a long lasting friendship whether it becomes a full blown sexual relationship is secondary. (Did I say that?)
This woman has tasted the tragedies of life the same as I have ( she lost her spouse to cancer)
and I refuse to add one second of hurt to her life. I am willing to wait, no, I want to wait and make sure no one will get hurt in this relationship. If we build a relationship that entails a sexual
relationship, good! If not, it will still be good. I have changed, I've grown to respect myself and
others in such events.
She called tonite, to invite me to dinner at her home tomorrow nite. We have been dating for a
month or so, once a week, to the movies and dinner. This is the first week we will have two
dates in one week! (Is this going somewhere?) Patience, time will tell! No longer am I, the bull in the china shop! Feels good!

There is a reason

........that I don't post as much as I once did. Actually, several reasons. ..............................................I am working more than before (a very good thing) ............................ My pain has been put on a shelf, where I can find it, if I need it. .....................................................
I now enjoy my family, again, as I once did when all was good.......................................................
I've accepted the things that have happened and attempted to learn what I could from the pain and agony.
Lastly, but not the least important, I would venture to say the MOST important reason,
I am now looking ahead to the future, and planning for the future.
At my most productive point in life, I always had a Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, ect, ect. If this happened, I'd do this and so on and so forth.
I have helped those that I could during this period of my life, now it is time to help myself, to all the little pleasures and delights that this beautiful world has to offer. I refuse to burnout, or fade away! I'm gonna live full steam ahead! And when I go to meet my maker, I'll have the biggest smile on my face, cause I'll know, I never quit, I never surrendered, I lived as good as I could and did all that was in my power to make my life and the lives' of my loved ones as full as possible!
